- E-Commerce Platform: Extends beyond daily essentials to include an endless digital aisle featuring clothing, apparel, consumer electronics, home appliances, and lifestyle goods. E-commerce inventory is fulfilled through nationwide warehouses and may vary completely from items available in a physical supermarket near you.
2. User Accounts & Verification
To access certain features of our e-commerce platform, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that display fraudulent activity, duplicate profiles, or breach code-of-conduct policies in our digital or physical retail spaces.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms

5. Brand Intellectual Property
All content available on our Platform and in our physical stores—including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, digital frameworks, category names like Ghar ka Saman, and our trademarked tagline “Ao Shopping Karen”—is the exclusive property of Shopping Karen 24×7 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized replication, scraping, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction
Shopping Karen 24×7 shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, retail facilities, or digital marketplace.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India where our corporate registration is anchored.

8. Payment Security & Cash on Delivery (COD) Fraud Policy
At Shopping Karen 24×7, we strive to provide a secure and seamless checkout experience for our customers across India, whether you are stocking up on Ghar ka Saman or upgrading your lifestyle through our e-commerce store.
To maintain a secure shopping environment and prevent malicious or fraudulent activity, the following transaction policies apply:
1. Safe & Secure Online Payments
- Encryption Standards: All online transactions processed on our Platform (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI) are protected using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.
- Data Privacy: Shopping Karen 24×7 does not store your full card details or banking passwords on our servers. All payments are securely routed through certified, authorized payment gateways.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification Protocol
Because we offer Cash on Delivery to make shopping accessible to everyone, we must actively protect our inventory and delivery partners from fake or non-serious orders.
- Mandatory Telephonic/SMS Verification: For high-value e-commerce orders or newly created accounts ordering groceries, our automated system or customer service team will initiate a verification call or SMS/WhatsApp OTP verification.
- Order Cancellation: If a customer is completely unreachable via phone or fails to complete the verification process within 24 hours of placing a COD order, the order will be automatically canceled by our system.
- Refusal of Delivery: If a customer consistently places COD orders and refuses to accept them at the doorstep without a valid reason, Shopping Karen 24×7 reserves the right to permanently disable the COD feature for that specific user account, phone number, and delivery address.
3. Legal Action Against Fraud
Any deliberate attempt to abuse our platform—such as placing bulk fake orders to disrupt store inventory, using stolen payment instruments, or fabricating delivery claims—will be treated as a criminal offense. Shopping Karen 24×7 reserves the right to share offender data with relevant cybercrime cells and law enforcement authorities under the Information Technology Act of India.
